Search (Advisory): A search is conducted in order to evaluate the registration possibilities for the trademark of interest.

Application Filing, Obtaining the Certificate of Registration: Preparation of the necessary documentation, handling of oppositions and/or responding to office actions, if applicable, and monitoring of the application process until the registration is granted.

Trademark Watch during its term: The trademark is granted for a period of 10 years from the date of issuance. It remains under our custody through a specially programmed system for this purpose, which allows us to inform you if third parties apply for identical or similar trademarks.

Evaluation of new registration according to declared form of use.

Submission of the application

Obtaining the title: Preparation of descriptive reports, claims, and drawings in accordance with current regulations. Monitoring of the granting process.

Safekeeping during its term: Safekeeping against third-party requests for patents/utility models that infringe or overlap with the rights claimed, monitoring the publication of new applications.

Notice of Expiration of Annual Fees: After granting, and in order to maintain its VALIDITY, the Annual Fee must be paid to avoid its Expiration and the consequent loss of rights, for which reason we send a notice and reminder in advance.
